3. Two days before the end of the current month, we will contact the highest bidder by E-mail.
4. The highest bidder will have 24 hours to send the payment via a secure server at PayPal. It’s simple, fast, free, and secure.
5. Failure to send payment may result in banishment from Top Elite, so DO NOT BID if you do not intend to pay.
6. The highest bidder’s site (title, banner and description) will appear as Top Elite’s Star of the Month at 0:01 a.m. (Eastern time) on the first of the month, for the entire month.
